Kue Semprit is also known as Spritz Cookies. A popular butter cookie dough in Indonesia during Festive seasons, piped to form beautiful roses and swirls. Originally from Germany a type of cookies served during Christmas called "Spritzgeback".
The word spritz originated from the German word, “spritzen,” which means “to squirt” in English. These buttery and crumbly cookies comes in various shape and flavours.
Ingredients:
FLOUR, CORN STARCH, EGGS, BUTTER, SUGAR, COCOA POWDER, MILK CHOCOLATE, VANILLA EXTRACT.
