1. WHAT IS MITZI’S BAKES RETURN POLICY ?

We do not accept any return and refunds except if we have sent you the wrong goods or if they are defective when they arrive. To ensure your complete satisfaction for all online purchases, please contact us at hello@mitzisbakes.com for further information. 

2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we fill orders immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to accommodate your change request; however, once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.

3. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

Our production is based in East London. For cakes we currently only deliver within M25 Circle (Greater London), as for wedding cakes we are able to deliver in some outskirt of London. For other products we are delivering it throughout England and Wales via Royal Mail courier service. 

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ?

5.  WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM(S) BE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?

Once you have picked a suitable date for your order to be delivered. Please allow up to 48 hrs of production time on all Pre-Orders.
