Delivery Information

PERSONAL DELIVERY

We currently offer hand delivery of selected products directly from our kitchen in Abbey Wood to your specified address within Greater London. A delivery fee of £25 applies to all deliveries within Greater London. Deliveries outside London will be subject to an additional charge.

Delivery details will be provided the day before dispatch, including confirmation of your allocated delivery time slot. Our standard delivery window operates between 11:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Sunday, unless a specific delivery time has been booked and agreed in advance.

This delivery method ensures the highest level of care in handling your goods, from our kitchen directly to your door.

We offer delivery for all of our wedding cakes. The cost depends on the location and we cover some venue outside London. For three-tier cakes and above we offer service that included both delivery and setup. 

CUSTOMER COLLECTION

Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our kitchen located in Abbey Wood SE2 9SL at no additional charge.

POSTAL CAKES AND COOKIES

We offer next day delivery by 1 PM for postal orders throughout England and Wales, Tuesday through Saturday. Please not we do not deliver on Mondays and Sundays, except for cake orders within Greater London. 

You will receive delivery information the day before your order is dispatched, confirming your delivery time slot.

WEDDING CAKE DELIVERY AND ON-SITE SETUP

To ensure the seamless and elegant arrival of your wedding cake, we offer a dedicated delivery service for all our designs. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance to your venue, and we proudly accommodate locations both within and select areas outside of London.

For wedding cakes comprising three or more tiers, we provide a comprehensive service that includes professional delivery and meticulous on-site setup. Our experienced team will ensure your cake is transported securely and flawlessly arranged at your venue, allowing you to fully enjoy your special occasion without any logistical concerns.
