Delivery Information
PERSONAL DELIVERY
We offer same-day hand delivery for selected products via our trusted courier service, with collections made directly from our kitchen in Abbey Wood and delivered to your specified address within Greater London.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance to the delivery address. Deliveries outside Greater London are available but may incur an additional charge.
Please note that all delivery fees are solely to cover the cost of our courier service. We do not make any profit from delivery charges.
Delivery details will be provided on the day before dispatch, including confirmation of your allocated delivery time slot. Our standard delivery window operates between 11:00am and 3:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Requests for specific delivery times may incur an additional charge.
This delivery method ensures the highest level of care in handling your goods, from our kitchen directly to your door.
We offer delivery for all of our wedding cakes. The cost depends on the location and we cover some venue outside London. For three-tier cakes and above we offer service that included both delivery and setup.
CUSTOMER COLLECTION
Customers are welcome to collect their orders directly from our kitchen in Abbey Wood, SE2 9SL, free of charge.
Collections are available between 11:00am and 5:30pm, and we kindly ask for a minimum two-hour collection window to be arranged in advance.
POSTAL CAKES AND COOKIES
We offer next day delivery by for postal orders throughout England and Wales, Tuesday through Saturday. Please not we do not deliver on Mondays and Sundays, except for cake orders within Greater London.
You will receive delivery information the day before your order is dispatched, confirming your delivery time slot.
WEDDING CAKE DELIVERY AND ON-SITE SETUP
To ensure the seamless and elegant arrival of your wedding cake, we offer a dedicated delivery service for all our designs. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance to your venue, and we proudly accommodate locations both within and select areas outside of London.
For wedding cakes comprising three or more tiers, we provide a comprehensive service that includes professional delivery and meticulous on-site setup. Our experienced team will ensure your cake is transported securely and flawlessly arranged at your venue, allowing you to fully enjoy your special occasion without any logistical concerns.
