Return, Refunds, and Deposits

We do not accept any return and refunds except if we have sent you the wrong goods or if they are defective when they arrive.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least two months prior to the collection or delivery date are eligible for a full refund, provided that no bespoke decorations or custom elements have been finalised or prepared by our team.

For cancellations made less than two months before the collection or delivery date, the deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit will be converted into store credit, which may be used towards any future purchase with Mitzi's Bakes. The store credit will remain valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.

50% deposit can be done for purchases above £100. For purchases below £100 payment in full has to made before the order is booked in. 

Shipping and Taxes

Our production is based in East London. For cakes we currently only deliver within M25 Circle (Greater London), as for wedding cakes we are able to deliver in some outskirt of London. For other products we are delivering it throughout England and Wales via Royal Mail courier service. 

The order will be prepared and shipped within 48 hours of ordering (All products expect cakes). You can choose the date suitable for when the item need to be delivered by. Special Guaranteed Royal Mail delivery are attempting to deliver your item the next day before 1pm on working weekdays and Saturday. There is no delivery on Sunday except for cake orders within London.
